Configuring IPv6 using Netsh  for a network connection include easy step and available  in all the versions of Windows 7. To do this open a command prompt window from a user account with local administrator rights on the PC or laptop.
To add the unicast IPv6 address of 2001:0db8:3c4d:0015::abcd:ef12 to the interface named Local Area Connection type the following command:
netsh interface ipv6 add address “Local Area Connection”
2001:0db8:3c4d:0015::abcd:ef12
To add a default route with this address specified as a next-hop address by typing the following command:
netsh interface ipv6 add route ::/0 “Local Area Connection”
2001:0db8:3c4d:0015::abcd:ef12
